- copper is known to oxidize with moisture on the skin & can discolor skin (turn green). This is completely normal and can be avoided by applying a clear coat of nail polish to the copper.
- copper patinas very quickly (darkens and develops more colors). You can slow this process by avoiding getting the copper wet and storing in a plastic ziploc when not wearing.
- copper has a softness to it and can be bent if you apply too much pressureto the item.
